Beet Berry Smoothie Bowl

A delicious and refreshing smoothie bowl recipe, packed with the purest ingredients an bursting with nutrition. It’s also gluten free dairy free, vegetarian and vegan friendly

Servings: 1 Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Cooked beetroot
  • 1 Cup Strawberries, frozen
  • 1 Cup Cranberries, frozen
  • ½ Cup Unsweetened cranberry juice

Toppings

  • 1 Tablespoon of milled linseed
  • 1 Tablespoon of desiccated coconut
  • 1 Banana

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to your blender (except the toppings) and blend until smooth
  • Pour into a bowl and top with the linseed, coconut, banana and enjoy!
