Preparation For Food Intolerance & Diet Plan Combo Consultation
Step 1) Recommended Body Analyser Scales
In order to monitor your progress, I suggest the purchase of this high quality and affordable body analyser scales.
These scales measure not only your weight but also your Body Fat %, Body Muscle %, Body Water %, Body Mass Index (BMI) and Basil Metabolic Rate (BMR).
This will allow us to see how your body composition changes throughout our nutrition journey.
Step 2) Please Complete The Following Forms
1) 7 Day Diet History - This will help us to find out where any problems may lie, identifies dietary patterns and allows us to create a diet plan which suits you. The diet history may seem a little daunting, but I just want to get an idea of your dietary intake, your foods and portion sizes and dietary patterns (3 or 4 days of history is fine).
*You can complete over the next week and email back to me once complete.
2) Pre-Assessment Form - this simply asks some essential questions which allows us to identify any underlying nutritional problems or lifestyle factors that may be causing problems for you and also any underlying medical issues.

Laurann has an Honours BSc. Degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Nottingham, a Masters in Public Health Nutrition from University College Dublin, is an Associate Nutritionist with the Nutrition Society London, a professional member of the Celiac Society Ireland, is registered with the Institute of Public Health Ireland and fully insured.
