Preparation For Food Intolerance & Diet Plan Combo Consultation

Step 1)  Recommended Body Analyser Scales

In order to monitor your progress, I suggest the purchase of this high quality and affordable body analyser scales.

These scales measure not only your weight but also your Body Fat %, Body Muscle %, Body Water %, Body Mass Index (BMI) and Basil Metabolic Rate (BMR).

This will allow us to see how your body composition changes throughout our nutrition journey.

Step 2) Please Complete The Following Forms

1) 7 Day Diet History -  This will help us to find out where any problems may lie, identifies dietary patterns and allows us to create a diet plan which suits you. The diet history may seem a little daunting, but I just want to get an idea of your dietary intake, your foods and portion sizes and dietary patterns (3 or 4 days of history is fine).

*You can complete over the next week and email back to me once complete.

2) Pre-Assessment Form -  this simply asks some essential questions which allows us to identify any underlying nutritional problems or lifestyle factors that may be causing problems for you and also any underlying medical issues.

*Please complete the following and email back or you can print and bring along to your appointment.

Step 3) Purchase A Diary

  • It is important that we have a diary rather than a notebook as we need the dates
  • You will require a diary to monitor your symptoms and progress but also to map your food intolerance exclusion and reintroductions
  • If you don’t have a diary, you can purchase one below if you wish.

Step 4) Eat A Varied Diet Prior To Your Test

  • It is important to eat as much of a varied diet as possible prior to your food intolerance test – this ‘loads your body’ and we can then measure how your blood antibodies react to a range of foods
  • You do not need to fast prior to your test
