Easy Apple & Cinnamon Cobbler

The Filling

Cobbler Topping


  • Preheat the oven to 180℃ and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Wash the apples and cut into cubes (I keep the skin on as it maintains more of the fibre).
  • To a mixing bowl add the apple, flour, coconut sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla essence and stir to combine.
  • Transfer to the prepared baking tray.
  • To prepare the topping add the flour, oats, coconut sugar, cinnamon, coconut oil and vanilla extract and stir to combine.
  • Evenly spread the topping on top of the apple and place in the oven for 40 minutes.
  • Serve with dairy free yogurt.
