Easy Christmas Spiced Hot Chocolate

With a combination of dark chocolate, Christmas spice and coconut milk. This not only quick and easy but it’s the perfect winter warmer. It’s also gluten free, dairy free, vegan and vegetarian friendly

Ingredients

  • 3 ½ Cups of coconut milk
  • 4 Tablespoons Dark chocolate powder (I used the Green & Blacks Organic Cocoa Powder) Find out more about Green&Black Organic Coca Powder
  • 3 Tablespoons Dark chocolate chips (dairy free if required)
  • 2 Teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • 1 Teaspoon Ginger 
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • ½  Teaspoon Nutmeg

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a saucepan and stir to combine
  • Bring to the boil, serve and enjoy!
