Easy Coconut Protein Truffles

This is such an easy and delicious no bake recipe packed with nutritious ingredients. These are great as a snack or a healthy treat.
Servings: 24


  • 5 Seedless Medjool Dates
  • 2 Tbsp Purition Hemp Chocolate Protein Powder You can order Purition here:
  • 2 Cup (128g) of Almonds
  • 1 Cup (128g) of Cashew Nuts
  • 2 Tbsp Desiccated Coconut
  • 1 Tbsp Honey or Agave Syrup


  • Add the almonds and cashew nuts to your blender and blend until they reach a powder consistency
  • Add your medjool dates and process until any chunks are removed
  • Add the honey/agave syrup along with the protein powder and briefly blend until mixed with all ingredients
  • In a bowl add your desiccated coconut
  • Roll each of the balls into the bowl to coatwith coconut until you have used all of the mixture
  • You are now ready to serve or store in a sealed container in the fridge for 4-5 days
