Such a perfect, light and easy snack recipe with the perfect combination of avocado & microgreens. They’re naturally gluten free, dairy free and vegetarian friendly

Egg & Avocado 

  • 4 Tbsp of guacamole 
  • 1 Boiled egg halved
  • ½ Cup of micro greens 

Cucumber & Tomato

  • 4 Tbsp of hummus
  • 6 Slices of baby cucumber
  • 1 large or 2 small cherry tomatoes, halved


  • Evenly layer 2 rice cakes with the egg and avocado ingredients (in order of the ingredients listed)
  • Evenly layer 2 rice cakes with the cucumber & tomato ingredients (in order of the ingredients listed) & enjoy
