Easy Fresh Pumpkin Latte

With a combination of pumpkin, pumpkin spice and freshly brewed coffee this is the perfect warmer for those chilly days. It’s also gluten free, dairy free, vegan and vegetarian friendly

  • To a saucepan add the pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie mix and heat on medium heat for around 1 minute or until you get a light bubble
  • Whisk in the coconut sugar, milk, vanilla extract, stir and heat for a further 3 minutes
  • Sieve the pumpkin milk into a jug to remove any pumpkin chunks
  • Make your 2 shots of freshly brewed coffee 
  • To a heatproof glass or cup at your coffee, top with the pumpkin milk and enjoy
