Easy Green Boost Soup

This is such a delicious and healthy recipe. For those needing a good immune boost it’s packed full of nutritious ingredients. It’s also creamy, filling and super easy to make. (gluten, dairy free, vegetarian & vegan friendly)

  • 1 Cup Broccoli, chopped into florets
  • 2 Stalks Celery, chopped
  • 1 Large onion, chopped
  • 3 Cups Spinach
  • 750 ml Vegetable stock 
  • 1 Tin (400ml) of Coconut Milk 
  • 2 Cloves of garlic, chopped/crushed
  • 2 Tsp Ginger
  • 3 Tbsp Nutritional yeast
  • Half a lemon
  • Salt & pepper to taste


  • To a large pot add your broccoli, celery, onion, spinach, garlic, ginger, coconut milk & vegetable stock and stir to combine.
  • Bring to the boil and allow to simmer on a medium heat for 12 minutes
  • Remove from the heat and using an immersion (press down) blender, blend until you achieve a smooth consistency
  • Add your nutritional yeast and squeeze half a lemon and stir
  • You’re ready to serve, enjoy!
