Easy Greeny Smoothie

Green by name, green by nature, this is such a quick, easy, nutritious and delicious smoothie recipe with only a few ingredients. Gluten free, dairy free, vegan & vegetarian friendly

Ingredients

  • 2 Bananas
  • 2 Kiwis
  • 1 Handful of Spinach
  • 2 Tbsp Flax seed
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • 1 Cup Coconut milk (from the carton)

Instructions

  • Chop your bananas, & kiwis.
  • To a large ziplock bag add the banana, kiwi and spinach and pop in the freezer for 2 hours.
  • Remove from freezer and add to a large blender.
  • Add your flaxseed, honey & coconut milk.
  • Blend until you achieve a thick and creamy consistency .
  • Enjoy!
