Easy Oaty Banana, Pear & Kiwi Smoothie

Give your breakfast and exciting boost with this easy and delicious smoothie recipe. Not only does pack in extra nutrients into your diet but adding oats to your smoothie help to stabilise your blood sugar levels and keep you full for longer.
Gluten free, dairy free, vegan and vegetarian friendly.

Ingredients

  • 1 Pear, chopped
  • 1 Large banana,
  • 2 Kiwis
  • ½ Cup of Oats
  • 1 ½ Cups of 0% fat Plain Greek yogurt or a plain dairy free yogurt

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth (you may need to stir and repulse to make sure it’s combined) & enjoy.
  • Note: It’s okay to leave some full oats in the mixture as it gives it a nice oaty texture
