Easy Pepper Spiced Asparagus

This is such quick, easy and delicious vegetable dish with a pepper kick! it’s also naturally gluten free dairy free, vegetarian and vegan friendly!

  • 40 Asparagus tips, washed
  • 2 Tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Teaspoons Garlic powder
  • 2 Teaspoons Ground black and red pepper 
  • 2 Tablespoons Sesame seeds


  • Preheat the oven to 200 ℃ and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Evenly spread the asparagus across the baking tray and drizzle with the olive oil.
  • Season with the garlic powder and pepper.
  • Evenly sprinkle with the sesame seeds and toss to combine.
  • Place in the oven for 15 minutes, serve and enjoy!
