Easy Sparkling Cranberry Mocktail

This beautiful and refreshing mocktail recipe is both nutritious and delicious and a great alcohol free alternative.

  • 2 Cups Fresh cranberries
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh mint
  • 1 Tablespoons Honey
  • Juice of half a lime
  • 1 ½ Cups still water
  • 1 Cup Sparkling water


  • In a large pot, add the cranberries, mint, honey, the still water and stir to combine
  • Simmer for 10 minutes until the mixture reduces.
  • Using a sieve, strain the cranberry liquid into a jug
  • Pour into two glasses, add the lime juice and sparkling water.
  • Mix well and add fresh mint to serve and enjoy!
