Easy Sunshine Smoothie Recipe

Add some sunshine to your day with this easy and delicious smoothie recipe. It really is a great way to pack in extra nutrients into your diet with mango, pineapple, turmeric and flaxseed, it’s pumped with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and anti-inflammatory benefits. . Gluten free, dairy free, vegan and vegetarian friendly.

Servings: 3 Small Smoothies or 2 Large Smoothies2


  • 2 Small Mangos or 1 large mangos chopped & frozen
  • 1 Cup Pineapple, chopped and frozen 
  • Freshly squeezed juice of 2 oranges
  • 2 Tbsp Flaxseed
  • 1 Tbsp Turmeric powder


  • To a blender add the frozen fruit (break up a little if very frozen to help it blend a little better)
  • Add the freshly squeezed orange juice, flaxseed and turmeric powder
  • Blend on a high speed (you may need to stir mid-way)
  •  Pour into 2 small glasses or 1 large glass, enjoy
