Easy Supergreen Frozen Yogurt

A healthy alternative to ice cream this frozen yogurt recipe is packed with the super green wheatgrass, barley grass, spirulina, ginger, spinach and pea protein. These are the perfect combination of super foods or ‘supergreens’ which are rich in antioxidants and help to keep the body alkaline and healthy.
 (gluten, dairy free, vegetarian & vegan friendly)

  • 4 Cups Greek/dairy free yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp Supergreen powder (I used the Funktional Foods Green Superblend)
  • ½ Cup Honey
  • Fruit or nuts for serving


  • Add all ingredients to your blender
  • Blend until all ingredients are combined and smooth
  • Transfer to a small baking tray (ensure suitable for freezing)
  • Cover with a plastic film
  • Freeze for 2-3 hours or overnight if you wish
  • Serve with your favourite fruit and/or nut toppings
  • Note: Supergreen powders usually consist of spirulina, wheatgrass, barleygrass and chlorella.
