Grapefruit Strawberry Smoothie

Bursting with citrus and berry flavours, this smoothie is only delicious but super nutritious too as the he acidity of the grapefruit helps to slow down the release the fruit sugars. As a bonus it’s also naturally gluten free dairy free, vegetarian and vegan friendly!

Servings: 1 Large glass or 2 Small glasses

Ingredients

  • 1 Large grapefruit, peeled and chopped
  • 2 Cups Strawberries, chopped and frozen
  • 1 banana, chopped
  • 1 Cup Freshly squeezed orange juice

Instructions

  • Add ingredients to blender, blend, and enjoy!
