Green Protein Smoothie Bowls

This is such an easy and delicious recipe and a great way to pack in extra nutrients into your diet. These smoothies are Gluten and Dairy Free

Servings: 2 Bowls


  • 2 Tbsp Chocolate Hemp or Strawberry Puritian Protein Powder (30g) You can order Puritian here:
  • 2 ½ Tbsp Rolled Oats (20g)
  • 2 Bananas (chopped and frozen)
  • 1 Cup Mango Chunks (frozen)
  • 2 Cups Spinach
  • ½ Cup Coconut Greek Yogurt
  • ¼ Cup Coconut Milk
  • Add: oats, nuts, seeds or fruit toppings of choice


  • Firstly blend your frozen bananas and mango which give the smoothie bowl a great texture
  • Add the remaining ingredients to your blender until you achieve a creamy consistency
  • Add your oats to a bowl
  • On top evenly pour your smoothie mixture
  • Top with oats, nuts, seeds or fruits toppings of your choice & Enjoy
