Veggie Rainbow Pitta Pizzas

Get your rainbow of delicious nutrients in with these delicious, veggie pitta pizzas. It’s also gluten free dairy free, vegetarian and vegan friendly

  • 4 Gluten free pitta breads (I use the Bfree Wholegrain Pitta Breads)
  • ½ Cup of passata
  • ½ Cup Cheese, grated (dairy free if required)
  • 12 Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ Cup Orange pepper, diced
  • ½ Cup sweetcorn
  • ¼ Cup Chives, chopped
  • ½ Cup Cooked beetroot, chopped


  • Preheat the oven to 180and line a flat baking tray with parchment paper
  • Evenly spread the passata and grated cheese on each of the pittas
  • Evenly spread the veggies in order of the ingredient listing
  • Place in the oven for 15 minutes
  • Leave to cool slightly for 5 minutes and serve, enjoy!
