Easy Breakfast Egg Muffins
These are so quick and easy for your morning breakfast prep and to bring on the go with you.

Chopped Chives/Parsley

Large Red Onion Finely Chopped

Cheddar Cheese Grated

Extra Virgin OliveOil
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 180°Celcius
Take your 12 well muffin tin and brush the tin wells with oil to prevent the muffins from sticking
Evenly add the filling ingredients throughout the muffin tin wells
Add 1 egg over the top until they are approximately ¾ full
Bake in the oven for approximately 20 (fan assisted) - 25 minutes (non fan assisted) until set and just starting to brown .
