Easy Coconut Protein Truffles
This is such an easy and delicious no bake recipe packed with nutritious ingredients. These are great as a snack or a healthy treat.

- 5 Seedless Medjool Dates
- 2 Tbsp Purition Hemp Chocolate Protein Powder You can order Purition here: https://www.purition.co.uk/?aff=32
- 2 Cup (128g) of Almonds
- 1 Cup (128g) of Cashew Nuts
- 2 Tbsp Desiccated Coconut
- 1 Tbsp Honey or Agave Syrup
Add the almonds and cashew nuts to your blender and blend until they reach a powder consistency
Add your medjool dates and process until any chunks are removed
Add the honey/agave syrup along with the protein powder and briefly blend until mixed with all ingredients
In a bowl add your desiccated coconut
Roll each of the balls into the bowl to coatwith coconut until you have used all of the mixture
You are now ready to serve or store in a sealed container in the fridge for 4-5 days
