Ingredients
45Grams3 Tablespoons of black chia seeds
30Grams2 Tablespoons of honey or agave syrup
15 Grams1 Tablespoon of vanilla extract
15Grams1 Tablespoon of almond butter
¾CupCanned coconut milk
10Grams2 Teaspoons of shredded coconut
10Grams2 Teaspoons of flaked almonds
Instructions
) Add chia seeds to a bowl
Stir the coconut milk and add to the chia seeds
Add the honey, almond butter, vanilla extra and stir to combine all ingredients
Leave to set for15-20 minutes
Stir again and transfer to a jar or glass filling approximately ¾ to the top, allowing space for your topping
Sprinkle your coconut and flaked almonds on top to finish and enjoy
