Ingredients
2CupsOats (gluten free/pure oats if opting for gluten free option)
2TbspMaple syrup
12TbspGreek yogurt
8TbspPomegranate seeds
1TbspPistachios
Instructions
Add 2 cups of oats to a baking tray and coat with 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
Bake at 180∞Celcius for 30 minutes, stirring mid-way through to ensure all the oats are toasted
In 4 glasses evenly spread ¾ of your toasted oats
Layer 2 heaped teaspoons of your Greek yogurt on top
Evenly layer your pomegranate seeds on top (your glass should be ¾ full)
