Whole food Peanut & Dark Chocolate Squares

Base
- 200 Grams Ground almonds
- 100 Grams Oats
- 6 Tbsp Coconut oil
- 4 Tbsp Maple syrup
- 1 Pinch of salt
Middle Layer
- 60 Grams Peanut butter
- 4 Tbsp Coconut oil melting
- 4 Tbsp maple syrup
- 220 Grams Light Tahini
To prepare the Base
In your blender blend the almonds and oats until you get a floury consistency
Add the coconut oil, sea salt and maple syrup and blend until combined
Transfer to the baking tray and press the mixture into tin to form your base
Bake the base for 13-15 minutes and leave to cool
To prepare the middle layer
To a bowl add your peanut butter, coconut melted oil, maple syrup, light tahini and stir to combine
Pour your peanut butter mixture over the base and chill for 1 hour
