Easy Greeny Smoothie
Green by name, green by nature, this is such a quick, easy, nutritious and delicious smoothie recipe with only a few ingredients. Gluten free, dairy free, vegan & vegetarian friendly

Servings: 4 Smoothies
- 2 Bananas
- 2 Kiwis
- 1 Handful of Spinach
- 2 Tbsp Flax seed
- 1 Tbsp Honey
- 1 Cup Coconut milk (from the carton)
Chop your bananas, & kiwis.
To a large ziplock bag add the banana, kiwi and spinach and pop in the freezer for 2 hours.
Remove from freezer and add to a large blender.
Add your flaxseed, honey & coconut milk.
Blend until you achieve a thick and creamy consistency .
