Easy Sunshine Smoothie Recipe

Servings: 3 Small Smoothies or 2 Large Smoothies2
- 2 Small Mangos or 1 large mangos chopped & frozen
- 1 Cup Pineapple, chopped and frozen
- Freshly squeezed juice of 2 oranges
- 2 Tbsp Flaxseed
- 1 Tbsp Turmeric powder
To a blender add the frozen fruit (break up a little if very frozen to help it blend a little better)
Add the freshly squeezed orange juice, flaxseed and turmeric powder
Blend on a high speed (you may need to stir mid-way)
Pour into 2 small glasses or 1 large glass, enjoy
