Ingredients
1Pear, chopped
1Large banana,
2Kiwis
½ Cupof Oats
1 ½Cups of 0% fat Plain Greek yogurt or a plain dairy free yogurt
Instructions
Add all of the ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth (you may need to stir and repulse to make sure it’s combined) & enjoy.
Note: It’s okay to leave some full oats in the mixture as it gives it a nice oaty texture
