Easy Oaty Banana, Pear & Kiwi Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 Pear, chopped
  • 1 Large banana,
  • 2 Kiwis
  • ½ Cup of Oats
  • 1 ½ Cups of 0% fat Plain Greek yogurt or a plain dairy free yogurt

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth (you may need to stir and repulse to make sure it’s combined) & enjoy.
  • Note: It’s okay to leave some full oats in the mixture as it gives it a nice oaty texture
