Fruity Frozen Yogurt Oat Cups
This is an easy and healthy recipe which is perfect for breakfast, a healthy treat or dessert. It’s also gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian and vegan friendly.

Servings: 6
- 1 Cup of regular or gluten free oats
- 1 ½ Tbsp of coconut oil melted
- 1 ½ Tbsp Spoons of honey
- 4 ½ Cups of regular or dairy free yogurt (plain)
- 6 Raspberries, halved
- 1 Large or 2 small kiwis, chopped
Add the oats, coconut oil and honey to a bowl and stir to combine
Add muffin cases to your baking tray (if you are using a silicon tray there is no need for cases)
Evenly transfer the oats mixture to your trays filling half way up.
Evenly place 3 tablespoons of yogurt into each well, filling to the top
Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours to allow them to set
Top with your raspberries and chopped kiwis
