Easy Mango Turmeric Smoothie Bowl
Give your breakfast and exciting boost with this easy and delicious antioxidant smoothie bowl recipe. It really is a great way to pack in extra nutrients into your diet. Gluten free, dairy free, vegan and vegetarian friendly.

Servings: 2 Small Bowl or 1 Large Bowl
Smoothie
- 2 Small or 1 large mango
- 2 Small or 1 large banana
- 2 Tsp of Turmeric
- ½ Cup of Coconut Milk
Chop the banana & mango, add to a large ziplock bag and freeze for a minimum of 2 hours
To a blender add the frozen fruit (break up a little if very frozen to help it blend a little better), add honey and coconut milk
Blend on a high speed (you may need to stir mid-way)
Pour into 1 large or 2 small bowls and spread evenly
Top with desiccated coconut, chopped strawberries, almonds & enjoy!
