Easy Sparkling Cranberry Mocktail
This beautiful and refreshing mocktail recipe is both nutritious and delicious and a great alcohol free alternative.

- 2 Cups Fresh cranberries
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh mint
- 1 Tablespoons Honey
- Juice of half a lime
- 1 ½ Cups still water
- 1 Cup Sparkling water
In a large pot, add the cranberries, mint, honey, the still water and stir to combine
Simmer for 10 minutes until the mixture reduces.
Using a sieve, strain the cranberry liquid into a jug
Pour into two glasses, add the lime juice and sparkling water.
Mix well and add fresh mint to serve and enjoy!
