Ingredients
3 Cups Unsweetened almond milk
1 Cup Chia seeds
2 Teaspoons Vanilla extract
2 Tablespoons Honey or agave syrup
Toppings: Chopped kiwi & mandarin orange segments
Instructions
Mix all ingredients (except for toppings) in a large bowl and stir to combine
Leave to set in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight
Transfer to 4 jars (if storing) or bowls if serving & enjoy
