Easy Vanilla Matcha Porridge Oats
Give your breakfast oats a boost with nutritious green matcha powder. It’s also gluten free dairy free, vegetarian and vegan friendly
Servings: 2
- 1 ½ Cups Oats (gluten free if required)
- 2 ½ Cups Almond milk
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 2 Teaspoons Matcha powder
- 2 Teaspoons honey or agave syrup
- Topping: Choice of fruit, nuts and seeds
Add the oats to a saucepan, top with the almond milk, bring to the boil and then simmer for 8 minutes
Remove from the heat, add the vanilla extract, matcha powder, honey/agave and stir to combine
Divide into two bowls and top with your chosen fruit, nuts and seeds toppings
