Easy Coconut Protein Matcha Balls
These guys are so quick and easy and bursting with nutritious benefits. They work great for an on the go or post work out recovery snack. They’re also naturally gluten free, dairy free, vegan and vegetarian friendly.

- 1 Cup Desiccated coconut
- ¼ Cup Coconut flour
- 1 Scoop Vanilla Kinetica Whey Protein/Vegan Blend
- 2 Tablespoons Matcha powder
- 2 Tablespoons Matcha powder2 Tablespoons Coconut oil, melted
- 3 Tablespoons maple/agave syrup
To a blender, add all the ingredients and briefly blend on a high power until combined (it should still be crumbly
Transfer to a clean counter or board, take a fist of the powder and firmly press into balls within your hand
Continue until you have used up all of the mixture
Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for 1 week
