Easy Sweet & Spicy Tofu

- 3 Tablespoons Soy sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Siracha sauce
- 1 Tablespoon White wine vinegar
- 3 Cloves of garlic, crushed
- 280g Extra firm tofu, cubed
To Serve
- 2 Cups Wholegrain rice, cooked
- Mint Leaves
- Lime
To a large bowl add the soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, siracha, garlic, spring onion, lime juice and stir
Add the tofu, stir to combine and marinade for 30 mins
Heat the olive oil in a large pan, add the tofu and fry for 6-8 minutes until golden
Serve on a bed of wholegrain rice and top with lime and mint leaves
