Porridge
- ¾ Cup Quinoa, uncooked
- 2 Cups Coconut milk (carton not tin)
Topping
- 2 Tbsp Maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp Raisins
- 2 Tbsp Almond nibs
- 1 Tbsp Almond butter
- 1 Kiwi Sliced
Heat 2 cups of coconut milk in a saucepan and bring to a boil
Add quinoa and simmer on a low to medium heat, stirring continuously until the milk reduces (about 8-10 minutes)
Transfer to 2 bowls
