Easy Almond Apple Bites
This is such a quick and easy recipe using only 3 ingredients and perfect as a healthy snack, with the added bonus of being gluten free, dairy free and vegan friendly!
Servings: 6
- 2 Large or 3 small granny smith apples
- 180 Grams Smooth or Crunch Almond Butter
- 90 Grams Almond Nibs
Wash the apples and slice into thick wedges
Stir the almond butter and add 1 heaped teaspoon of almond butter on to each apple wedge
Evenly sprinkle the almond nibs across all of the apple wedgesÂ
