Easy Mango Smoothie Bowl
Give your breakfast and exciting boost with this easy and delicious smoothie bowl recipe. It really is a great way to pack in extra nutrients into your diet. Gluten free, dairy free, vegan and vegetarian friendly.

Servings: 2 Small Bowles or 1 large Bowles
Smoothie
- 2 Small or 1 large mango
- 2 Small bananas or 1 large bananas
- 2 Handful of spinach
- 2 Tbsp Honey or agave syrup
- 1 Cup Coconut milk
Toppings
- 2 Tbsp Flaxseed
- 4 Tbsp Desiccated coconut
- 8 Strawberries
- ½ Cup Blueberries
- 4 Squares of dark (+70% chocolate)
Chop the banana & mango
To a large ziplock bag add the mango, banana & spinach and freeze for a minimum of 2 hours
To a blender add the frozen fruit (break up a little if very frozen to help it blend a little better), add honey and coconut milk
Blend on a high speed (you may need to stir mid-way)
Pour into 1 large or 2 small bowls and spread evenly
Top with flaxseed, desiccated coconut, chopped strawberries, blueberries, & dark chocolate & enjoy!
