Ingredients
2CupsGround oats
2TbspMatcha powder
2TbspCoconut sugar
1TspBaking powder
4TspAlmond nibs
1/3CupTahini
2TbspAlmond milk
2TbspMaple syrup
1TspVanilla essence
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180∞Celcius
To bowl add your ground outs, matcha powder, almond nibs, coconut sugar, baking powder, baking soda and stir to combine
In a separate bowl add your tahini, maple syrup, almond milk, & vanilla essence and stir to combine
Add your oat mixture to the wet ingredient and stir to combine & make your dough
Transfer the dough to a chopping board and press down with your hands to compact
Using a cookie cutter cut out your cakes (again compact in the mixture as your cutting them out
Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper
Bake in oven for 12 minutes (set a timer) or until slightly golden, enjoy

Note: if you don’t have ground oats, simply put regular oats in your blender and until they become a fine powder
