Almond & Dark Chocolate Pineapple Chunks
This is such a quick and easy recipe using only 3 ingredients. With the added bonus of being gluten free, dairy free and vegan friendly!
Servings: 16 Pineapple Chunks
- ½ Pineapple, chopped into 16 chunks
- 2 Tbsp Almond nibs
Have a flat baking tray or casserole dish ready
Break up the chocolate and place in a heat proof bowl
Fill a small saucepan with water, place the heatproof bowl with chocolate on top and bring to the boil, stirring until the chocolate is melted.
Using a teaspoon, cover the bottom half of each pineapple with the melted chocolate and spread out across your prepared tray
Evenly sprinkle with the almond nibs
Place in the fridge to set for at least one hourEnjoy!
