Easy Chunky Guacamole Recipe
This is such a delicious and nutritious recipe which can be used as a healthy dip, sandwich filling or as a savoury topping. With the bonus of being gluten free, dairy free, vegan & vegetarian friendly.

- 3 Large ripe avocados, peeled and chopped
- 1 Tbsp Fresh lemon juice
- 1 Cup Red onion, finely chopped
- 1 Cup of Tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1 Tsp of paprika
- ½ Tsp of garlic powder
- ½ Tsp of cumin
- ½ Cup of coriander, finely chopped
- 1 Tsp of salt
- 1 Tsp of pepper to season
To large bowl add the avocado and mash
Add lemon juice, paprika, garlic powder, cumin, salt & pepper & stir
Add tomatoes, onions, coriander and stir
Serve with tortilla chips, use as a sandwich filling or as a savoury topping
