  • 1 ½ Cup of strawberries, frozen
  • 1 Cup of raspberries, frozen
  • 1 Cup of dairy free/Greek yogurt
  • ½ Cup of fresh cranberry juice
  • 1 Tbsp of honey


  • To a blender add all of your ingredients and blend until you get a smooth and creamy consistency
  • Pour into glasses and enjoy
