Easy Vanilla Chia Pudding

Not only is this so easy to make but it’s also delicious and rich in soluble fibre for healthy digestion. It’s naturally gluten free dairy free, vegetarian and vegan friendly too!

  • 3 Cups Unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 Cup Chia seeds
  • 2 Teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey or agave syrup

Toppings: Chopped kiwi & mandarin orange segments


    • Mix all ingredients (except for toppings) in a large bowl and stir to combine
    • Leave to set in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight
    • Transfer to 4 jars (if storing) or bowls if serving & enjoy


    Store in the refrigerator for 3-4 days in lidded jars
