Ingredients
6 Strawberries, roughly chopped
1 Cup Dates, pitted and roughly chopped
½ Cup Cashew nuts,
¼ Cup Walnuts, roughly chopped
½ Cup Oats (gluten free if required)
Desiccated coconut for topping (optional)
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender (except the coconut)
end on high power for 20 seconds
Empty contents into a bowl or clean counter
Using your hands roll the mixture into balls until you’ve used it all
Dip in the desiccated coconut if you wish
Ready to serve immediately or pop in the fridge to set
