Easy Parsley & Basil Hummus
This is such quick, easy and delicious hummus recipe! Perfect for a dip with sliced vegetables, wholegrain crackers or as a healthy sandwich filling. It’s also naturally gluten free dairy free, vegetarian and vegan friendly!

- ¼ Cup Tahini
- 2 Tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Handful Fresh Parsley, roughly chopped and stems removed
- 1 Handful Fresh Basil, roughly chopped and stems removed
- ½ Cup White Onion, diced
- 2 Large Garlic cloves, crushed
- ½ Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Tin Chickpeas, drained and rinsed
To high speed blender, add the tahini and lemon juice and blend until combined
Add olive oil, parsley, basil, onions and salt and blend on high speed for about a minute, stir and blend 2 more times
Add half of the chickpeas, blend on a high speed, stir and blend 2 more times
Add the remaining chickpeas and blend a further 3 times, stir in between
Transfer to a small serving bowl and enjoy!
