Pistachio & Fig Honey Pot
So light and delicious this is perfect as a breakfast or healthy snack. It’s also naturally gluten free and vegetarian friendly!

- 7 Figs (fresh/dried), 5 halved and 2 roughly chopped
- 1 Cup Greek yoghurt or dairy free alternative
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
- 2 Tablespoons Pistachios, shelled and halved
You’ll Also Need
- 2 Small Kilner jars or jars with lids
Add the halved figs along the bottom of each of the jars, with inside of the fig facing outwards and touching the glass (for the visual effect)
Divide the yoghurt between each of the jars
Top each jar with 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 tablespoon of pistachios and the roughly chopped figs
They’re ready to eat or alternatively you can store in the fridge to enjoy later (eat within 2 days)
