Chunky Tomato Salsa

Weather you fancy this one as a snack or for some healthy party nibbles this is a great recipe with delicious ingredients. It’s super easy too

Ingredients

  • 2 Large Tomatoes, diced
  • 1 Small Red onion, diced
  • 3 Spring onions, chopped
  • 1 Handful chopped parsley
  • Juice of ½ a lime
  • 1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons Extra virgin Olive Oil

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a large bowl
  • Stir to combine
  • Serve with tortilla chips
