Green Protein Booster Smoothie

Packed with protein, vitamins and minerals this is the perfect booster smoothie
Servings: 2 Smoothies

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ Cubs Coconut Milk
  • 30 Grams Macadamia& Vanilla Vegan Puritian Protein You can order Puritian here: https://www.purition.co.uk/?aff=32
  • 2 Cups Spinach
  • ½ Avocado
  • 1 Cup Frozen Pineapple Chunks
  • 1 Banana Chopped & Frozen
  • 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 Tbsp Matcha Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Honey

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender for 2-3 minutes at a high speed until you get a creamy consistency (add additional coconut milk if consistency too thick)
  • Pour into glasses/mason jar & Serve (consume within 24 hours)
