Easy Roast Peaches
Such an easy yet tasty recipe which can be enjoyed for breakfast or as healthy dessert and snack. Suitable for everyone being grain free, gluten free and vegetarian friendly.

- 4 Peaches (fairly ripe) Tablespoon of cinnamon 4 Tablespoons Greek yogurt to serve
- ¼ Cup Coconut or brown sugar
- 1 Cup Greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 Tbsp Cinnamon
- 4 Tbsp Greek yogurt to serve
Preheat the oven to 180∞Celcius
Cut your peaches into large sections and remove the centre
Lightly oil or place parchment paper on an oven tray
Evenly spread the coconut or brown sugar on top (this will help them caramelise)
Evenly spread the cinnamon on top
Bake in the oven for20 minutes or until the sugar has caramelised
Evenly drizzle the maple syrup across the peaches
Top with Greek yogurt and another sprinkle of cinnamon and enjoy!
