No Bake Strawberry & Almond Bites
These are such healthy and delicious sweet treats with a beautiful combination of strawberry, almond and coconut. Enjoy as a healthy snack or dessert. They’re also naturally gluten free, dairy free, vegan & vegetarian friendly

Servings: 12 Bites
- 1 Cup Pitted dates, roughly chopped
- 4 Medium strawberries, sliced
- ¾ Cup Almonds, finely chopped
- ½ Cup Oats (gluten free if required)
- ½ Cup Desiccated coconut
Add all ingredients except the desiccated coconut in a blender and blend until you get a thick paste like consistency (leave some almond chunks if you wish)
Remove from blender, and roll into balls using your hands
Dip in the bowl of desiccated coconut to coat them and enjoy!
Note: Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days in the fridge
