No Bake Strawberry & Almond Bites

These are such healthy and delicious sweet treats with a beautiful combination of strawberry, almond and coconut. Enjoy as a healthy snack or dessert. They’re also naturally gluten free, dairy free, vegan & vegetarian friendly

Servings: 12 Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Pitted dates, roughly chopped
  • 4 Medium strawberries, sliced
  • ¾ Cup Almonds, finely chopped
  • ½ Cup Oats (gluten free if required)
  • ½ Cup Desiccated coconut

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients except the desiccated coconut in a blender and blend until you get a thick paste like consistency (leave some almond chunks if you wish)
  • Remove from blender, and roll into balls using your hands
  • Dip in the bowl of desiccated coconut to coat them and enjoy!
  • Note: Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days in the fridge
