Servings: 1 Smoothie Bowl
- 1 Cup Cooked beetroot
- 1 Cup Strawberries, frozen
- 1 Cup Cranberries, frozen
- ½ Cup Unsweetened cranberry juice
Toppings
- 1 Tablespoon of milled linseed
- 1 Tablespoon of desiccated coconut
- 1 Banana
Add all ingredients to your blender (except the toppings) and blend until smooth
Pour into a bowl and top with the linseed, coconut, banana and enjoy!
