Easy Almond Apple Bites

This is such a quick and easy recipe using only 3 ingredients and perfect as a healthy snack, with the added bonus of being gluten free, dairy free and vegan friendly!
Servings: 6


  • 2 Large or 3 small granny smith apples
  • 180 Grams Smooth or Crunch Almond Butter
  • 90 Grams Almond Nibs


  • Wash the apples and slice into thick wedges
  • Stir the almond butter and add 1 heaped teaspoon of almond butter on to each apple wedge
  • Evenly sprinkle the almond nibs across all of the apple wedges 
  • Enjoy
